All our customers are equally important to us and receive their Skand electric vehicles and optional extras at the same, already affordable prices. This means that you do not have to wonder whether your neighbor was able to haggle a better price than you! 


The delivery fees are €190 for an electric vehicle without an enclosed body (incl. pre-delivery service), €390 for an electric vehicle with an enclosed body (incl. pre-delivery service), and €39 for a separate delivery of accessories (€0 when purchased with a vehicle). The purchased product is delivered right to the customer’s door, provided that this is possible with the equipment used by the transport company. The customer will receive a call from the transport company before delivery to agree on a suitable delivery time. The product is delivered to the customer inside a cardboard transportation packaging or on a wooden pallet.

Check the condition of the product immediately on delivery, particularly if dents or holes are visible in the packaging. Products are always shipped undamaged. If damage has occurred during transportation, please notify both the delivery driver and our customer service immediately of the issue. We can only reimburse our customers for transport damage that has been brought immediately to the attention of the driver. All our products are always sent as express delivery items.


The following terms and conditions only apply to products purchased from Skand Oy through distance selling. This policy is also included with the order confirmation when products are purchased directly from Skand Oy. Each distributor has the right to offer their own terms that may not necessarily include the right of return. The Finnish and the EU Consumer Protection Act only requires sellers to offer the right of return for products purchased through distance selling, direct selling, or door-to-door selling.

The customer has the right to return an undamaged, unused and unopened product. The customer must give notice of the return within 14 days of receiving the product and the product must be handed over to the driver at the pick-up time agreed with the transport company. When returning products, they must be packaged in their original packaging. The transport company cannot deliver a product that is missing its original packaging and pallet.

According to the EU Consumer Protection Act Skand Oy is entitled to ten percent of the total sum of the purchase as compensation for the cancellation of the contract if the product has not yet been sent from Skand’s warehouse. If the product has already been sent at the time of cancellation, the amount of delivery fees will be charged in addition to the compensation for cancellation as a return fee. The customer is not obligated to specify a reason for the return.
