General information

Warranty 2 years, batteries 1 year.

This category is wide, but it is also unlikely to see these old ones.

Oldest versions does not have rear box.

Nominal voltage is 48V, if you find one battery set under the seat in storage space, it has two battery sets. You find another if you take off the storage box.

If customer is asking for new batteries, you can put there four or eight. Four in series is one battery set. We do not recommend to use old and new battery sets simultaneously.

Has magnetic brake which is quite loud.

Magnetic brake needs some adjusting over time. For adjusting you need allen key, fork spanner and feeler gauge. Usually the best method is to adjust the magnetic brakes gap to 0,3mm, the gap has to be same all the way around. It is not bad idea to take the motor to table for this. If you are not completely satisfied try tight 0,35mm.

FAQ / Most common repairs

Problem with lights but scooter runs? Use multimeter to measure converter under the drivers seat, three wires, 48V + ground in and 12V out. Converter is the smaller aluminium box.

Oil drop in ground? It is normal to leak a drop or two every now and then. RPM in differential gear is really low and really small amount is enough to provide sufficient lubrication. We fill 1,8dl because it is maximum amount you can fill before the oil starts leaking out simply because there is too much, in normal use. With some rally / trial drivers that 1,8dl is too much and the leak usually stops itself at some point.
